All models are subject to limited availability and may be updated or discontinued without prior notice.

4. Orders & Payments

Orders are processed through Shopify’s secure payment gateway. Prices are listed in USD and may not include applicable taxes or import duties. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order due to inaccuracies or concerns.

By placing an order, you confirm that:

  • You are purchasing for personal use only (not for resale).

  • Your payment information is accurate and authorized.

5. Shipping

All orders are shipped from our logistics partner based in Hong Kong. Shipping is free worldwide (except to the United States). Estimated delivery times are provided at checkout but may vary due to customs or local carriers. Once dispatched, you’ll receive tracking details via email.

To summarize:

  • You have 30 days from receiving your watch to request a return.

  • The watch must be unworn, in original packaging, with all protective materials and tags intact.

  • Sale items, gift cards, and custom-engraved models are not eligible for return.

7. Limited Warranty

Each Leman timepiece is covered by a 1-year limited warranty from the date of delivery. This covers manufacturing defects but excludes wear and tear, misuse, or water damage due to improper handling. Please contact us at info@lemanwatchco.com for warranty claims.

8. Intellectual Property

All content, including watch designs, logos, product photography, and copy on our website, is the property of Leman Watches and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any content without written permission.
