Returns & Refund Policy – Leman Watches

At Leman Watches, we stand behind the quality of our timepieces. If for any reason you're not fully satisfied with your order, we're here to help.

Return Window

You have 30 days from the date your watch is delivered to request a return.

Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return, the watch must meet the following conditions:

  • Unworn and unused

  • In its original packaging, including protective films, tags, and booklets

  • In the same condition in which you received it

  • Accompanied by the original proof of purchase or receipt

Please note: Any signs of wear, tampering, or removal of protective elements may void your eligibility for a return.

How to Start a Return

To initiate a return, contact us at info@lemanwatchco.com.
Once your request is reviewed and approved, we will provide:

  • A return authorization confirmation

  • The return shipping instructions and label
    Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, contact us within 3 days of delivery so we can resolve the issue promptly.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned or refunded:

  • Customized or engraved watches

  • Final sale items or discounted products

  • Gift cards

  • Used watches or watches with removed protective elements

Exchanges

If you wish to exchange your watch for another model or color, we recommend processing a return first. Once the original watch is returned and accepted, you may place a new order separately.

European Union Customers

For orders shipped to the European Union, you are entitled to a 14-day cooling-off period under EU law. During this time, you may return your order for any reason, provided the item is unused and in original condition and packaging, with proof of purchase.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the outcome. If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please allow additional time for your bank or payment provider to complete processing.
