Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been placed, followed by another notification when your order has shipped, which will include tracking information.

Please note that during high-demand periods or product launches, processing times may be slightly extended. We appreciate your patience and understanding.


Shipping Locations & Timeframes

We offer worldwide shipping from our logistics center in Hong Kong.

Estimated delivery times:

  • Asia-Pacific: 3–7 business days

  • Europe: 5–10 business days

  • North America: 5–12 business days

  • Latin America: 7–14 business days

  • Rest of the world: 7–14 business days

These timeframes are estimates only. Actual delivery times may vary due to customs procedures, local postal services, or external factors beyond our control.


Shipping Costs

We offer free shipping worldwide, with the exception of the United States, where a standard shipping fee applies due to recently imposed tariffs. Shipping fees will be calculated and displayed at checkout before completing your purchase.

Please note that duties, taxes, and import fees are covered by Leman Watches unless otherwise stated.


Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, you will receive an email with your tracking number. Please allow 24–48 hours for the tracking information to become available. If you do not receive tracking details within a few days, feel free to reach out to us at info@lemanwatchco.com.


Shipping Delays

We are not liable for shipping delays caused by the carrier, customs clearance, or other external factors. However, we will assist you in tracking your package and resolving any issues to the best of our ability.


Lost or Stolen Packages

Leman Watches is not responsible for lost or stolen packages marked as delivered. If this occurs, please contact the shipping carrier directly. We recommend selecting a secure delivery address and monitoring your tracking information closely.
